Effective date: September 30, 2026

This document is a general template provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication.

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the standards that apply to use of the managed connectivity services provided by Paceline Communications LLC ("Paceline," "we," "us," or "our") under the Paceline Mobile brand. This AUP is part of, and supplements, our Terms of Service. It exists to protect the integrity, security, and lawful operation of our services and the underlying networks we rely on. It applies to Customer and to all personnel, users, and devices that use the services.

Lawful Use Only

The services may be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of any applicable order or agreement. Customer is responsible for ensuring that its use of the services, and the use by its personnel, users, and devices, complies with this AUP.

Prohibited Activities

Customer and its users must not use the services to engage in, facilitate, or enable any of the following:

  • Any illegal activity or any use that violates applicable law or regulation;
  • Fraud, misrepresentation, or other deceptive practices;
  • Unauthorized access to, or interference with, any networks, systems, devices, or data, including scanning, probing, or attempts to breach security or authentication measures;
  • Distribution of malware, ransomware, or other malicious or harmful code;
  • Harassment, threats, or abusive traffic directed at any person or system;
  • Spam or unlawful bulk or automated messaging;
  • Infringement of the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
  • Any activity that violates the terms, policies, or requirements of underlying carriers or network partners; and
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise making the services available to third parties without our authorization.

Compliance with Laws and Carrier Requirements

Customer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and with the requirements, terms, and acceptable-use standards of the underlying carriers and network partners that deliver the connectivity. Where carrier requirements are more restrictive than this AUP, the more restrictive requirement applies.

Customer Accountability

Customer is responsible for the activity of its personnel, users, and devices that use the services, including any use that violates this AUP. Customer must take reasonable steps to ensure that its users understand and comply with this AUP and must safeguard SIMs, eSIM profiles, credentials, and administrative access against unauthorized use.

Monitoring and Enforcement

We do not routinely monitor the content of communications, but we may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and take action to protect our services, our customers, and underlying networks. We may, with or without notice as circumstances require, restrict, suspend, or terminate all or part of the services in response to a violation or suspected violation of this AUP, or as necessary to comply with law or carrier requirements. We may also cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as appropriate.

Reporting Abuse

To report suspected abuse or a violation of this AUP, contact us at abuse@pacelinemobile.com. Please include enough detail for us to identify and investigate the issue.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
